Staying Organized with Notes

The Notes app on your iPhone or truly any note app on any phone is invaluable source of organization. It's hard to keep all of the projects, lists and ideas we have floating around in our heads. Get in the habit of creating notes and lists on your phone so you'll have constant access to them. The iPhone Notes app has come a long way over the years and has many features that can really help keep your notes sorted, organized and easy to search. Here are some favorite features:Lists: Keep track of lists right in the app. There's a checkmark tool that's great for checking things off the list. Sharing: You can share notes and allow others to edit them. Do family members want to contribute and share the grocery list or is there a team project to keep track of?  Notes is a great place to divide and conquer.  Photos & Attachments: You can add photos to your lists and notes. Not sure exactly what you need to add to the list? Just snap a picture and you've got all of the details right on the list. Search: Notes are all available on search so you don't have to worry about losing them. It's always good to eliminate what you're not using, but the search tool makes it quick and easy to find what you need when you need it.
