Solutions to Keep Clothes In Place on Hangers

Do you reach for a pair of pants and end up pulling down several because they slip off the hanger? Here's a quick and easy solution: stick felt glides on the pant rod. Felt glides are the things you put under vases and other object to keep them from scratching a surface. Another easy solution is to put double stick tape or use a hot glue gun along the section that slips. That version isn't shown because it's hard to see in an image, but it does the job. Anything that will keep the pants from sliding off the hanger will work. Not only does it help with pants sliding off the hanger, when we organize, we like the pants to stay folded over in the center, and this helps them stay in place. The same idea will apply to shirts and blouses. A little tackiness at each edge of the hanger will keep them in place.
