Garage Organizing for The Steve Harvey Show

The second space we organized for The Steve Harvey Show was the garage. Here is what the garage looked like when we arrived:Fortunately we had help with the most difficult part which was getting all of the clutter out.Movers came and helped us eliminate what we could. Of course in a normal situation when working with clients, they are the decision makers as to what stays and what goes, but here we had one extra step built in. The movers were taking all of the extra junk down to NBC studios to decorate the set! We were able to pick through and keep tools, cleaning supplies and other items necessary in the garage, but they took the rest. That made what is usually the toughest part of the job a breeze. After the space was cleared, we added some storage systems to help organize and contain frequently used items.Here is the end result:Now our homeowner can have easy access to what he needs with shelving, labeled containers and like items stored together. I think he will be happy with the results.
