During the craze of the holiday season, you certainly don't want to waste time waiting for packages to be delivered, or worse yet, missing the delivery and having to wait in long lines at the Post Office to receive a package. Sign up for UPS My Choice and receive alerts (text, phone or email) about package delivery and approximate delivery time. You can even sign up for a premium membership ($40.00/year) and get a 2-hour window of when your package will be delivered. You can even provide specific instructions like exactly where you want it placed or directions to leave it with a neighbor or bring it to another address.  An added benefit is the ability to set preferences for packages to be delivered when gift recipients will not be home to accept them. The only down side of the new service is that if your package needs to be re-routed back to the UPS station, you will incur a $5.00 fee.
