Friday Favorite: Shutterfly "Custom Path" Photo Books

I stumbled upon todays Friday Favorite while creating my daughter's birthday present. Every year I give each of my children a digital photo album of the previous year as a birthday gift. I've been using Shutterfly.com for years, mostly because they were one of the first companies that had the elements I was looking for in creating a digital album. I used to be a scrapbooker, but couldn't stand being consumed by the chaos of all the stuff you needed to purchase and store for scrapbooking. In recent years, many great websites have popped up that allow you to do amazing things when creating digital photo albums, but I stuck with my Shutterfly books because I knew how to do it and they were simple and not too time consuming to create. This year when I went in to create my daughters book, I was happy to find that they too have jumped on the band wagon and you can now create very customized albums on their site. You can use their "simple path" that allows you to quickly get the pictures onto the pages, then you can use the "custom path" to change the size, add text and embellish with "stickers" and other artwork. They are terrific! Check them out at Shutterfly.com.
